This year's anniversary celebration of the LÄPPLE Group took place on 30 June 2026 in a festive setting. Around 60 guests, including jubilarians, accompanying persons and representatives of the Executive Board, Works Council and division managers, came together to honour many years of service to the company and to spend a special evening together. After the champagne reception, the board opened the event with a welcome and thanked the jubilarians for their many years of loyalty to the company. The works council also addressed appreciative words to the guests and emphasized the importance of experience, commitment and loyalty for the joint success of the company. The focus of the evening was on honouring the employees of LÄPPLE Automotive, FIBRO and LÄPPLE Dienstleistungsgesellschaft. Of 45 employees celebrating their service in 2025, 23 received their award for many years of service in person at the ceremony. On behalf of LÄPPLE Automotive, CEO Oliver Wackenhut honoured four employees for 40 years and six employees for 25 years of service. Markus Kniebeisser then honoured an employee of LÄPPLE Dienstleistungsgesellschaft for 25 years of service to the company. The main course was followed by the honoring of the FIBRO jubilarians by CEO Steffen Schröder. Seven employees were honored for 40 years and five employees for 25 years of service. Afterwards, the guests ended the evening with good food and personal conversations. All jubilarians are representative of many years of experience, expertise and commitment across all locations. Their achievements have had a lasting impact on the development of the companies and form an important basis for joint success.
